
São estas as 200 empresas do mundo mais “amigas” das mulheres
A Forbes associou-se à Statista para identificar as empresas líderes no que diz respeito ao apoio às mulheres.
A pandemia Covid-19 teve um impacto especialmente pesado nas mulheres em todo o mundo. Em Janeiro de 2021, quase 3 milhões
as mulheres abandonaram a força de trabalho apenas nos EUA. Em todo o mundo, foram elas que perderam mais de 64 milhões de empregos. Em resultado disso o tempo que levará a eliminar a disparidade salarial global entre géneros aumentou de 99,5 para 135,6 anos, de acordo com o Fórum Económico Mundial.
As questões são muitas e comuns a quase todas: creches inadequadas, turnos duplos na gestão do trabalho e da casa, stress, falta de oportunidades, baixos salários entre outras. Em muitos casos, a Covid-19 apenas ampliou esse fardo colocado sobre os ombros das mulheres.
No entanto, desta crise devastadora surgiram alguns dos sinais significativos, como o facto de o trabalho remoto ter deixado de ser uma vantagem para se tornar numa prioridade.

O ranking das Melhores Empresas Mundiais “Amigas“ das Mulheres foi compilado após uma pesquisa realizada junto de 85 mil mulheres em 40 países.
As entrevistadas foram solicitadas a avaliar o desempenho dos seus colaboradores em critérios relacionados com o género e a sua disposição em recomendar o seu empregador a outras pessoas. Foram ainda solicitados a avaliar outros colaboradores nos seus respectivos sectores. Além disso, os entrevistados classificaram as empresas com base na sua responsabilidade corporativa, campanhas de marketing e perceção pública, assim como relacionadas com a igualdade de género.
